Shipping policy

    We aim to dispatch your packages promptly every day. This means that any orders placed before 1:00 pm MST on a business day will be shipped out on the same day. Otherwise, your order will be shipped on the following business day.

    Regional (Alberta) : 1-2 Business Days
    National (Canada): 2-3 Business Days

    Once your package leaves TLX Styles, we don't have much control over it. Delivery times are just estimates, and we're not responsible for carrier delays, especially during busy times.     TAXES & DUTIES

    Please be aware that international orders may incur taxes and duties. Any customs, import duties, fees, taxes, or other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery. If your order requires these additional charges, you must pay them for your package to clear customs.

    By law, customs authorities require us to declare the value of your order on the package. Customs agents have the authority to release or withhold your package, and in rare instances, they may delay or reject delivery.

    If you choose not to pay any additional fees, your package will be returned to us. You will receive a refund for the cost of your order, minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.

    Local Delivery Policy

    • All local deliveries will be made within 1 business day from the time you place your order.
    • Local deliveries will be made within city limits and will only show at checkout if you qualify within those limits.
    • Deliveries will be attempted one time and left on your doorstep if no one is home. Choosing delivery means you understand that any package left on your doorstep is now the customers responsibility and we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items after dropping off. 
    • If you require a second delivery attempt the delivery fee will need to be paid again.

    • Step 2: During check-out choose Local Delivery.Step
    • 3: You will receive a text and email from TLX Styles when your package is at the door.
